Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
Supports the production line to ensure and improve product quality throughput, cycle time and costEnsures wafer polishing processes comply with specificationsMonitors daily polishing process, yield and capabilitiesInvestigates and analyzes the root cause for yield lossEvaluates process activities to improve process yield Resolves technical and operational problems in conjunction with Engineering and Technical personnelDevelops polishing processes to improve wafer flatness in collaboration
Requirements:Degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industryGood knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, FMEA and data analysisFresh graduates are welcome to apply
