Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in supporting the Microsoft Operating System and Office Products
First level diagnosis of computer hardware and peripherals
Able to resolve users issues and focus on achieving users?satisfaction on the services
Proper updating of Helpdesk Call Logging Data Bases and Reports
Able to follow up with the daily job routine diligently
Requirements:Tertiary Degree related to IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in supporting MNC environment.
Excellent communication skills in English
Able to resolving customer issues and seek to achieve customer satisfaction
Experience in supporting Lotus Notes is a requirement
Remuneration will commensurate according to experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
Overall Function:
The IT Analyst is responsible for providing Lotus Notes email administration, hands-on technical support for PC, backend critical systems, IT infrastructure regionally and to ensure Server and Network Security.
Major Responsibilities:
Support of Lotus notes (Domino) Server and email, applications including Lotus Sametime, email archiving.
Perform installations and maintenance on equipment related to systems and network products (Switches, routers, firewall products)
Responsible for maintaining high system uptime across PCs and servers as well as software applications running on these machines.
Maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction across Asia Pacific by clarifying customers needs and ensuring that they are met.
Maintain and track the list of software licenses, hardware/servers, network infrastructure and peripheral devices.
Handles issues / problems promptly and appropriately, escalates issues according to established procedure.
Handles backup / restore management.
Adhere with security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
Jobs Requirements
The IT Analyst must be able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasked environment with minimal supervision.
The person is expected to set priorities for various jobs/projects given and able to make overseas business trips from time to time within a short notice.
Strong knowledge of firewall, routers, switches are highly desirable. Experience in software programming and supporting ERP system are added advantages.
Good team player and able to work independently when required.
Good communication skills and good analytical skills in problem identifying and solving
Prepared to work after office hours.
Qualifications & Experience:
The position requires a diploma in computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering with at least 3 Years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing business.
The incumbent needs to have detailed knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Lotus Domino, Citrix and Symantec anti-virus software.
Working Hours: The candidate is required to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
