Associate Engineer
(Global Svcs Provisioning)

Responsibilities:
Manage,track and implementation on local and global MPLS Network, Router Management service and suit of service under Private IP Products.Ensure all service deliveries are tracked and managed, and services are delivered according to schedule, project plan and contract requirement.Work with Service Integrator, Partners, Customers and internal staff to ensure on time service delivery.Work with Stakeholders in Product Development, Solution to resolve customer•῀Ῑs network problem during implementation.Liaise with SGO•῀Ῑs to implement local loop connecting to MPLS router.Track and monitor work-order job activities and update timely. To close order upon service commissioning.To update customer•῀Ῑs records, Network diagram in FRMS upon service commissioning.To carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:Diploma in engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking or Telecommunication.Working experience in computer networking or telecommunication industry. Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA. Experience working Cisco and Juniper router/switch configurations and able to troubleshoot routing problems will be advantage.Flair for customer services.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.Possess drive and energy to explore new ways of doing things to improve customer service.Have knowledge of window applications software skill such as MS words, Excel.A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as a team.Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.

You will be responsible to support the line projects transfer from Headquarters, Zurich to Singapore and handle any technical or process issue in the line. You will also be tasked to handle engineering run for projects.
Requirements:Diploma in Chemical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics Engineering with at least 2 •῀” 3 years relevant working experience in the Semiconductor industry involving in process function

Associate Engineer (Mobile Operations-Circuit Switch)

Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer the operations of Windows/UNIX-based servers and MSC/HLR/MGW Nodes. Provide 24/7 standby technical support to 24-hour network operations center and Customer Care for system-related, service-related faults and customer complaints. Troubleshoot and perform root causes failure analysis for system fault and service outage.Carry out routine and preventive maintenance for MSC/HLR/MGW nodes together with its associated UNIX/Windows servers.Liaise and coordinate with the network vendor for technical support and operations requirement.Liaise and coordinate with overseas cellular operators and international carriers on AutoRoam for roaming issues. Maintain high service quality of Voice/SMS/VideoTelephony and other circuit switched related services. Perform disaster recovery expeditiously in times of service disruptions so as to minimize service downtime and revenue loss.
Requirements:A good engineering or computer diploma preferably in the area of computer network and telecommunications, preferably with at least 2 years working experience in a telecommunication environment. Fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.Must be a team player coupled with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently. Good analytical troubleshooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification. Familiar or trained in Mobile technology such as GSM, UMTS and SS7 signaling.Familiar or trained in Video Telephony Technology such as H323, 3G-324M and SIP.Familiar with Internet Technology such as SMTP, TCP/IP, switch and router technology.Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours standby alert for ad-hoc faults or service degradation. Experience in DOS/XML/SQL command and script handling, IP networking, Microsoft Office skills will be an advantage.Working experience in mobile switching equipment and knowledge of major mobile switches such as Ericsson will be an added advantage.Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
