Responsibilities:
•῀ῢ At least 2-3 years of working experience in end-user technical support and troubleshooting on both hardware and software, MS Office, Win 2K/XP, Lotus Notes, Remote Access, and Server Administration.•῀ῢ Experience in administering and supporting LAN/WAN.•῀ῢ Able to support telephone system, videoconference, on-site presentation and events support.•῀ῢ Willing to provide IT hotline and off-hours support.•῀ῢ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.•῀ῢ Ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines.•῀ῢ Excellent communication skills in English.•῀ῢ Certification in CCNA / MCSE / MCSA / MCP/ an advantage
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.4 Full-Time positions available.Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
