C# Developer
(Singapore - Club Street)

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit an experienced C# Developer as a permanent staff based in Singapore. The role will include a range of the following:

 ῂῧ Develop server controls and user controls using object-oriented techniques

 ῂῧ Work with the system architect, other software developers and test engineers to define and evaluate new features

 ῂῧ Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot & resolve issues identified during software development and testing

 ῂῧ Participate in the enhancement and support of existing applications

 ῂῧ Unit testing

 ῂῧ Ensure that code conforms to standards and best practices

 ῂῧ Assist in improving the software development process

 ῂῧ Create technical documentation

THE CANDIDATE

The core technical requirements we expect candidates to be able to demonstrate are detailed practical experience in:

 ῂῧ Web application development using ASP .NET & C#

 ῂῧ NET Framework 2.0

 ῂῧ SQL Server 2000/2005 (T-SQL)

 ῂῧ AJAX

 ῂῧ Web Services

The following would be advantageous:

 ῂῧ Working knowledge in using .NET 3.0/3.5 and Unit Testing (Test Driven Development)

 ῂῧ Familiarity with different software development tools e.g. Visual Studio 2005/2008, Infragistics, Dundas, CodeSmith, netTiers, CruiseControl.NET, NAnt amongst others

 ῂῧ Knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern

The following non technical criteria are required:

 ῂῧ Minimum 3 years experience in software development

 ῂῧ Experience in implementing software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, project management, release engineering, configuration management, and problem tracking and resolution

 ῂῧ Demonstrable passion for technology and its practical application

Responsibilities:
The engineer will conduct Non-Destructive Testing, particularly Ultrasonic Testing for aeronautic parts, namely components for main wings of Boeing 787.

More than 3 years experience, or, international or Japanese certificates for NDT including UT is necessary.
Experience in NDT for aeronautic parts and materials are advantage.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Non-Destructive Testing, Ultrasonic Testing

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
